Quadriga is the solution designed to automate pallet wrapping with stretch film in confined spaces using a mobile AGV robotic wrapper operating within a zone defined by two positioning towers. The wrapper can handle up to four pallets in parallel continuously while moving autonomously within the designated area. Once a pallet is fully wrapped with stretch film, an operator removes it and places a new one, ensuring an uninterrupted wrapping workflow.

The ZirConic Foldable Large Containers are made of 97 per cent recycled plastic and are designed modularly to facilitate repair. The primary goal was to create a sustainable, reusable alternative to replace single-use packaging for efficient packaging and transportation of heavy-duty cargo. The container was designed with the upcoming PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation) requirements in mind, ensuring long-term regulatory alignment. The containers are compatible with automatic line feeding and can be easily folded, filled, stacked and stored thanks to their ergonomic design.
